To participate in Odoo Fit, please plan a few short steps:
- 🤝 Intro meeting (up to 1 hour) — we discuss your business, processes, goals and expectations
- 📋 Prepare your data — you’ll prepare a small set of real data (customers, orders, products) in an Excel file, which I’ll import into the system
- ⚙️ System setup — I’ll configure the environment, connect core modules, add your data and test the workflow
- 💬 Demo meeting (up to 1 hour) — I’ll show the working system, explain how it functions and answer your questions
- 🧭 Your own testing — after the session, you’ll plan your own time to explore and test Odoo hands-on
The key thing is to dedicate a bit of time
You’ll prepare a few real records (clients, products, deals) that we’ll import into the system — this makes the demo relevant to your business
There are three options available for your Odoo Fit prototype setup:
- 🧱 Odoo Demo (14 days) — a standard test database provided by Odoo for all users.
⚠️ Not recommended, as 14 days are usually not enough to fully understand the system and explore your processes. - 🎁 Odoo Partner Demo (30 days) — a dedicated demo environment created by me as an official Odoo Partner on Odoo’s servers.
✅ This is the best option for most clients: you get a fully functional environment with all modules and 30 days of access for testing and learning. - 💼 Your own Odoo Enterprise license (1 year) — you can purchase a single-user Odoo Enterprise license valid for 12 months.
✅ Ideal if you want to work directly in your own system, return to it multiple times during the year, and gradually expand its capabilities.
📌 In practice: 14 days is too short, 30 days is optimal, and one year gives you full freedom to explore and grow.

You’ll receive access to your configured system and can keep testing it for 30 days
If you decide to move forward with a full implementation, this database becomes your project foundation — with all modules, data and core processes ready
